Hi ya’ll. My name is Eugene, I’m 28 y.o and here is quick facts about me (as of March 2021):
- Weight: 105 kg (231 lbs);
- Bench Press: 150 kg (330 lbs);
- Deadlift: 220 kg (485 lbs);
- Squats: 200 kg (440 lbs).
I create this website to provide information about powerlifting techniques, equipment and information that can help other people to be stronger and healthier. I don’t pretend to be an expert or another powerlifting “guru”. Frankly, I hate this word. That’s why this website is just the place where you can find information, that you may (or may not) use in your personal trainings.
Given that I’m not “guru”, I neither rely just on my personal opinion, nor push it as the only one you should use in a gym. And that’s why all the articles written at The Powerlifter Guide are reviewed by powerlifters who are the members of the professional powerlifting federations, and working as the personal trainers.
